    Hi Colleen and Steven,
    I just wanted to share a quick story with you.  I finished your book en route to a two week sales trip.  I implemented some of your ideas immediately (and tweaked some of my existing strategies) and as a result, I received more qualified referrals then I have on any of my other trips.   
    I found the book to be very practical and easy to implement. It serves as a great reminder and a wonderful resource for new ideas. The Horror Stories are great…well great might not be the right word…maybe entertaining. J
